Catherine McConville is a barrister having been called to the Bar in 1998. A law graduate from Trinity College Dublin she has previously lectured and tutored in the Dublin Institute of Technology. She is the author of the three editions of Company Law (Round Hall Nutshells) published in 2001, 2008 and 2013.
