Transferring into LL.B Stage 2 and Stage 3


Students may be permitted to transfer credit earned on a similar programme elsewhere up to the maximum amount permitted by the University’s regulations. Thus, students on other law degree programmes which are similar in content and level may be entitled to transfer into the later years of the programme. Students studying on lower level law programmes may also be entitled to advanced entry to the programme on the basis of their accredited prior learning.
